Room was clean, spacious, modern with great amenities and beautiful view; however, the bed was very uncomfortable.

Very nice property. They had us on the 50th floor with beautiful views of Downtown Dallas.
Pros:
Views of all of downtown.
Very quiet couldn’t hear anything which was nice.
Very luxury feeling in the apar**ent we had.
Staff were super nice and friendly.
In great walking distance from everything.
Cons:
Slightly off smell in the apar**ent.
Shower could’ve been cleaned better prior to arrival. Lots of mildew on the shower head and in the tiles.
It didn’t make sense that only one of the bedrooms had a tv in it while the other one didn’t so I couldn’t enjoy any of my shows while laying in my bed.
At random points the power would go off then come back on which was weird.
Overall it was a nice stay and I would stay here again.

The apar**ent is so nice. I booked it for a week for work and loved the large space and full kitchen. The views are amazing from the 49th floor. As soon as you step off the elevator you know it’s going to be a fantastic stay based on the smell and ambiance. The gym is top notch snd the hotel dining is 5 star. I could live in this apar**ent. Book the superior room, you won’t regret it.

Amazing views as these apar**ents are on the two top floors - 49 and 50! Rooms. beds and facilities are excellent and concierge are extremely helpful

The staff was awesome! They made sure that my booking for my anniversary would have a great start. Roses and champagne as soon as I walked in with a hand written personal card. This place and staff is worth the experience.

The apar**ent was exceptionally clean and well appointed! The special touches like music playing when i entered, a peesonalized, hand written welcome, and ample space were a treat!

the place was nice but the hassle of getting this was not. $200 dep not mentioned and $30 parking and had to take three different elevators to get to it
