設施：還不錯，很多設施挺人性化的，還配了隱形眼鏡盒、衞生間腳凳。但是電視機網絡不太好，電視卡頓很明顯。
衞生：整體還可以，會有一些小細節。可以理解包容但還是需要加強（比如地面碎渣、漱口杯底部的明顯水漬）
環境：不錯，營造的輕奢的氛圍還不錯。住的2樓靠馬路側，晚上會比較吵。
服務：17號入住當天的前台服務人員很專業，溝通交流很不錯。18號退房的時候前台有個扎丸子頭的姑娘就有點相形見絀了，溝通全程冷冰冰、沒有禮貌用語。
早餐玉米不好，尤其在東北這個地方，這樣的玉米會很掉分，希望能改善。

這個酒店，是我每次出差到大慶的必選，從前台到客房，服務態度服務意識真的沒有挑的，昨夜我從黑河趕到大慶，突發了急性胃腸炎，發熱嘔吐腹瀉，前台姑娘得知，給我安排了熱牛奶，把自己在好利來買的蛋糕分給了我，我再三推脱還是給了我，太感動了，人在外地出差，能遇到這麼有人情味的酒店及員工，太幸運！
