Homewood Suites by Hilton Davidson Reviews

The recent remodeling of the hotel really gave our room a fresh, modern look. However, there was a lack of furniture. The sitting area could have used a coffee table or a couple end tables, along with a comfortable chair. Otherwise, our stay was quite pleasant.

Not happy with the fact that this hotel was under massive construction and we were not notified. Parking was an issue as well. Very disappointed.

Very nice hotel in a nice part of town. Just an overnight stay, passing through, but very restful. Great sushi restaurant across the street!

Everything was great, and I really want to compliment Boomie. She checked us in and out, and she also fielded my call when we got home and thought we had left something. Each time she was personable and fun to interact with, as well as efficient at juggling many tasks. She’s awesome!

Room was outstanding. Very, very clean, plenty of amenities that would be great if we stayed more than one night. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Loved the suite but wished the pool hadn't been closed for maintenance. Had a minor issue with toilet.

I will start by saying that this is not a luxury hotel. What we didn't like was that the bed wasn't great, the pillows were super thin, the pull out sofa wasn't great either. But what we liked was that the staff was extremely helpful in providing whatever we needed. We got 6 extra pillows, extra blankets. You need to ask housekeeping for towels when you need new ones but you will get them promptly. There is a little snack shop next to the reception and sometimes you'll get the water bottles for free, other times you'll have to pay for them...depends on who is at the front desk. The breakfast wasn't great either, but you had somewhat of a variety, eggs, pancakes, waffles, sausages, potatoes. The coffee was good. The workers at the buffet breakfast were very friendly also. What we liked most about the hotel was that every person that worked there was friendly, nice and helpful!

Beautiful property, spacious room, clean and comfortable. Great location and delicious breakfast. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

The only problem we had was the cleaning crew was horrible, didnt make the beds took kitchen garbarge and put it on top of the bathroom garbarge and just let it all in the bathroom the rest of the staff was great

Great location for a visit to Davidson College!

They were doing construction but the lobby, outside and the hallways were dirty. The room was fine.

The room was amazing! Every room is a suite, so it was just great... top floor corner unit was really nice!

Very nice experience traveling with our two dogs.

The quality has slipped. Applicances failed to work properly. Just not like it was in the past.
