攜程第一個差評給了這家四星酒店，評分都是刷出來的的吧，還不及我住的兩星酒店。 1.前台一個女的服務態度極差，看了一下不止一個投訴她服務態度差了，希望管理層重視 2.掛牌四星級酒店，大冬天的晚上暖氣都不熱，剛開吹了快一個小時冷風，後來前台通知説恢復了但是暖氣仍然不熱，想着這麼晚了湊合一晚算了 3.攜程價格居然比現場訂還要更貴，不僅貴還沒有早餐，現場訂便宜且送雙早，這是覺得攜程用户人傻錢多嗎？ 4.關於現場訂更便宜的情況，攜程後來電話酒店，居然前台撒謊不承認，我衹好第二天拍照看看他們還有啥藉口。 大過年的，酒店吃相不要這麼難看。

酒店獨棟大樓、寬敞大氣大堂、自有停車場、設施齊全、鳳格經典、有別於簡約風格公寓型酒店、房間有地毯，不過衞生挺好，洗浴用品乾淨，花灑出水順暢；雖然不在鬧市區，但感覺性價比挺高。閑暇之時在酒店泡的茶。
