Experience: The receptionist was very formal and polite, he was also very straightforward! The place was spacious and decorated, and the room was better than almost all the previous hotels we went too! Also the hallways aren’t very loud or crowded, that’s a plus. Service: They tidied the bed and replace the towels, pretty nice of them to do! Food/Drinks: We didn’t eat there, but the coffee was good (kinda tastes like tea).

Room was very spacious and clean. Location was close to the hwy and convenient. Will stay here again especially if traveling with family to chicago.

I am incredibly disappointed about our recent stay at this Marriott hotel. I booked a room as a girl's weekend to celebrate my sister's upcoming wedding and we didn't even stay the two nights we booked. Upon entering the room, we noticed an overpowering smell of must. The bed was hard as rock and neither of us slept well. The bathroom door was on no track and was INCREDIBLY difficult to close. Even if you could pull it closed - it didn't close all the way. There was a massive stain that was obviously not cleaned on the back of the exterior door. The door to the suite couldn't be closed because they completely overlap. We were supposed to stay two night but checked out early because of the conditions. Even more disappointing is that I attempted to reach out to the hotel about our experience prior to writing a review. I thought the least that could be done was to refund us for the second night we didn't stay. I've only received a "we passed your feedback to our team" email and no response when I've inquired further about a refund and sent photos and a video of the state of the room. What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend was nothing but stressful and being out the $$$ for a night we didn't stay due to the conditions is incredibly frustrating.

I’m the guest at room 325. And from day 1, 8/9/24,our bathtub has been dirty. I have been asking house cleaning for cleaning the bathtub in the afternoon and in the evening. And I have been doing so for THREE WHOLE DAYS. When we called in the evening, the front desk people that answered our call said “Everyone is gone. I’ll leave a note with the housekeeping so that it can be done in the morning!”. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. FOR THREE DAYS. My husband, has been a loyal customer at Marriott for 24 years. He currently holds a status for “Lifetime Platinum”, and we have travelled and stayed at many hotels under Marriott, and almost Marriott only. Also, we are staying here for a whopping 11 days total! This service has been the worst we have EVER experienced at any Marriott hotel. I want to file a complaint for such ridiculously absurd service. How is a 4 star hotel for such blasphemy? How can they hang the portrait of the excellent founders of the Marriott group at hallway with such TERRIBLE service for the customers? This hotel is a disgrace to the Marriott name and the brand! JW Marriott said himself, “…if customers are treated right, they’ll come back”. And disregarding feedback and poor house cleaning is the treatment give to even the most loyal of customers! What service do you give to other potential customers? Once again, the employees are discrediting the Marriott name for their horrendous service!

We slayed for ane night just passing through Chicago. The front desk staff were friendly and offered several dining suggestions when we asked. If you don't have a car you can dine in the hotel, there are no restaurants within walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable. One thing I liked versus the Springhill Suites we stayed in the night before is there are doors separating the bedroom and living room. This way each person can watch their own TV program without disturbing the other.

The rooms are average and in need of repair. Our room on the 5th floor had dirt and stains on the sofa. We asked the front desk to clean it for us but they didn't bother. A door had cracked glass and a hole in it. Some floor tile was cracked. Lighting could be better. The shower head is hanging off the wall. The bed was comfortable and the hot water worked well.The room was fairly quiet. The hotel is renting rooms that have not been maintained well.

The hotel and rooms are nice (all suites) and the hotel has a pretty good buffet breakfast complimentary for elite members. Even the dinners are not bad for a hotel restaurant. Also has a good and well-equipped fitness center, although the TV reception on the equipment is currently not working (but supposedly will be fixed). The only complaint I had is that two different people at the Front Desk told me the Fiji Water bottles in the room are free to elite members such as me, despite the $5 tag on the bottles. So I used one of them and, after I checked out, I received an updated bill that same evening charging me $5 for the water! It's not a lot of money but super annoying that they would specifically tell me the water is free and then send me a bill for it. I've tried calling (and the front desk person agreed that the water should have been free) but they had me leave a message for the manager who was supposed to call me back but has not done so, and the $5 charge is still on the bill. Like I said, not a huge amount of money but super annoying.

This hotel is clean, roomy and comfortable , and the front desk was professional, especially Mr. Habram, he’s very polite and friendly. They provided free coffee every morning, although it’s free, but the quality is still good. Definitely will come back to this hotel!

Staff and quality are top notch. My room was exceptionally clean and rooms/bathrooms are huge! I noticed staff has a long tenure at this property which I always value when I stay. Largest workout room I’ve seen of all the surrounding hotels. Also had new free weights/mats/medicine balls since I stayed last time! Buffet-style breakfast with vast assortment of food and speciality made-to-order items. Had the salmon dish for dinner and it was great. Convenient for me located right off I94 less than 20 minutes to ORD. Nestled in an executive business park with lots of natural features (walking trails, ponds, etc), nice for jogging. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for business.

I do not typically do reviews but I just needed to say that we had one of the best hotel experiences at Chicago Marriott Suites Deerfield. We experienced five star staff, service, room quality, and food and drinks at their highly recommended restaurant. The Chef prepared delicious meals. I would like to particularly mention Edward, Cindy, Ernanie, and Marina for excellent customer service. They are just a few of the friendly staff we encountered but everyone was friendly and accommodating. We had a great time during our 3 night stay. Thank you all!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Exceptional property! I will stay here each time I'm in the area on business. The front desk staff (especially Jane) were amazing, super helpful and polite. The dining room team and bartender were top notch and tons of fun - great environment to work or socialize! The rooms are clean, quiet and the beds are very comfortable! This hotel cares about their guests and will do whatever it takes to make them feel right at home!!!!
