Room was clean. Staff was helpful.

Overall, not satisfied. They had drunk people keeping us from sleeping, and did nothing to stop them from screaming all throughout the night. Then, the third floor construction started briggt and early, so we got little to no sleep. Brought it up to hotel staff throughout the night and they did nothing. Not coming back.

Convenient location with easy parking and highway access. I would not choose a first floor room due to the activity back and forth to the pool and dining area. It can get noisy. Overall, it's a great choice for families and close to attractions.

There were about 40 kids running and jumping screaming in the pool and hot tub. No one did anything about that so if you want a location where you can let kids run wild and there will be no consequences. This would definitely be the hotel for you. If you want a quiet, relaxing evening, don’t waste your time. in the middle of the night there were children running through the hall, screaming as well

Great check in. Room incredible! Clean and comfortable. Onky thing lacking was an extra blanket.

Because of Health Issues we needed to cancel. I contacted them over a week before and they would not even credit us half of the amount. Will NEVER recommend them

Nice one night stay. They accommodate us for breakfast before regular time as we had to leave early. Front desk service excellent. Will definitely stay again.

Concierge was very nice and the place was clean. Also relatively close to the city which is convenient. Breakfast was not bad

The pool and hot tub were closed due, due to maintenance. We specifically chose this hotel to use both, but neither ******* nor the Best Western hotel disclosed this information to the public. Furthermore, ******* did not provide provisions for changing or cancelling our reservation) even though I purchased the "Hotel Booking Protection plan". I will never use ******* again

I did not appreciate the fact that they advertised having a pool and hot tub and it was closed while we were there. The reason I chose that hotel was for the pool and hot tub.

This was a very pleasant stay. Location is great for shopping and restaurants. Would stay again.

We had a second floor room, twice during the stay the elevator was not working. My husband can’t do stairs. They also started Jack hammering the hot tub which was directly below our room. Could not relax in our room during the day. We choose this hotel for the pool and hot tub which we were not able to use for over half our stay

Good value. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. A guide to tv stations would have been helpfun. Breakfast had sausage waffles cereall eggs. Decent.
