We visited last week and the stay was very comfortable. Staff was very polite and cooperative. Mr. Deepak, Mr. Rishabh Khosla and his team had made very nice arrangements for our celebration. The food was tasty and spread was good.

Before booking, I saw a lot of people saying that the food here was not good, and I was very nervous. When I ate the breakfast buffet, I found it was okay, but there were not many varieties, but the quality was okay. It is the facilities to complain. There is no separate compartment for the toilet and shower. It was understandable that the design was not considered at that time. But what is incomprehensible is, can't we add a shower curtain? After taking a bath, the bathroom was splashed and messed up. If you want to use the toilet or brush your teeth later, sorry, you have to get in.

Hotel staff welcomed us very warmly at the front desk. Rooms are very neat and clean with all amenities. Dinner Buffet at the Pano restaurant was very nice and they have very beautiful outdoor seating also. Service which was given by Mr Ashish and Mr Pawan at pano restaurant was amazing . They were just superb in terms of hospitality. Chef Mukesh prepared dish as per our expectation and taste was just mouth watering. Thank you fairfield for great service.

We were group of 6 friends and We stayed at the Hotel during 23-26Jan, 2021. I must say the location is just fantastic. Awesome place to stay especially for the price you pay. But what really sets the hotel apart is the service..You guys are doing a wonderful job of pampering the guests..Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Special Shoutout to Deepshikha for her attentiveness .We faced no issues while checkin or checkout, it was smooth. PS - Every room in this hotel is super-awesome.
