Pathatic and terrible service , as we arrived in the hotel in morning post travelling the whole night and requested for room but Mr. Adiya mentioning the top notch ***ager pf the hotel doesn’t know how to treat and speak to their guest and was showing the attitude being not at all cooperative at all. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. 👎👎👎

It was an amazing stay. Everything is perfect. Tasty food and nice staffs. Sumi, who helped me to check in and room was also good. Surrounding was also amazing. Views are also amazing. It is must stay of you are visiting Rishikesh. Thank you to all staff.

We had a great time at the resort, very nice staff…nothing was to much…we felt very welcome…they gave me a surprise arrangement for my birthday with allot of balloons and a very nice cake. Breakfast in the garden was excellent, with nice juices. In the evening we had a nice fireplace and wine. Rooms are spacious and clean and with all the accommodations we need. We surely will recommend this resort to all our friends.

Amazing place very beautiful. The staff and personnel the best. The general ***ager also great. It was my wife’s birthday and they gave us a surprise party. Nothing was too much. Very beautiful, place the flowers and animals. We will definitely recommend this place to everybody in the world.

I am so glad to share about you all guys the Neeraj Resort Team, You all are amazing, nice services, food was fine but the property, its really waooooo, and the staff they were very co operative we loved our stay. I wanna say few lines for Ms. Sonam she was really amazing and kind specially her smile. We played with Mam we enjoyed alot in Activity room. And Mam gave us special attention to my Daughter and son so this feedback for you only Mam. We would like to see u soon.

A calm soothing and simple resort. The ambiance of rooms is nice with highlight being a personal pool. The decor n setup of the resort is awesome. Although food items in menu are limited however the cook deserves an applause for the tasty n satiating food. The hospitality of staff is commendable. They are always ready to help and soft spoken. The suggestion we have is include some games that can keep 5 yr old involved n busy. Overall our experience has been marvellous.

It was nice to go in Neeraj Resort. We spent our 2 days with them we enjoyed our stay. Food and all services was nice. My wife had massage there the therapist was really nice. Era and her ***ager Ms. Sonam both were good. Housekeeping staff they were very polite and calm. I wanna say big thanks to chef who made breakfast for us. It was amazing. We are planning to come soon. Thank you all team.

#couplefriendly #petfriendly #yoga&ayurveda We arrived the destination, however we’re not able to locate the resort and we’re lost. The reception was kind enough to send a guy in our search and guide us to the resort. After grand welcome, our package was auto-upgraded and we were offered suite with private pool. The resort staff was very warm and friendly and the food was cherry on the top. The resort was kind enough to make necessary arrangements for our golden retriever kiddo, and the lawns were huge for his fetch & play. All in all, the stay was 5As.

I love this property, view was amazing the services it was Waoooo and the entire staff it was awesome. Food, rooms, swimming pool and spa all services i had and i am totally satisfied with all. Rishikesh was really nice place I enjoyed my self alot and wanna come back again in this property with my family. Specially wanna thnaks to Ms. Sonam, she was very nice girl she helped me and guide me. She has totally helping nature which I loved alot. Thank you sonam G. I will come again and meet you.
