看着評價不錯才選擇了這家公寓，設施很新，衞生還可以。但是房間的隔音太差了，房門四周都是大縫，一晚上走廊裏的腳步聲、咳嗽聲、關門聲，其它房間裏的説話聲不絕於耳，被吵的一夜沒有睡好。樓下停車場夜間停車12小時，收費14元。

房間特別特別大，陽台往外望就是住宅區，視野不錯，陽台太陽都能曬到，晾個衣服很方便！周圍也很安靜。浴室設在外面陽台進去 跟房間是隔開的，這點不錯！總體環境簡約，浴室很乾凈！樓下停車位很多，遇到問題老闆都很熱情解答，住宿體驗不錯！

從杜拜第一次來德化旅遊，不怎麼懂普通話很難溝通！房東大姐非常棒，讓她女兒電話跟我講英語讓我真的真的好感動，這是我來國內體驗感最好最喜歡的一次了。不僅房間比5星住得舒服温馨，服務體驗感也是超級棒！感謝有你，有機會還會再來！

今天入住，陽光晴朗，房間足夠讓人心情舒暢！有花有草有白雲，比預訂時中想的還要好很多！價格實惠，房東大姐告訴我們各種夜宵的地方很有耐心。這是我在德化住過最好最舒服的民宿了，能夠讓我心情愉悦，謝謝房東！

跟閨蜜一起來德化旅遊，很幸運入住了這家民宿。原本都覺得住酒店會比較安全，但是入住後感覺很温馨，房間很大很安靜，舒適指數不比酒店差，自助式的密碼鎖入住也是很方便，房間的被子超級舒服，軟軟的很貼身！一覺睡到天亮，值得推薦的一家[強]

浪漫情侶大床房貴了一些，但是房間的佈置還是讓心感覺氛圍感十足，有花有畫。主要衞生乾淨空間大，感謝房東熱心給了旅遊攻略，下次來德化旅遊一定還會再來
