回了一趟老家，剛好遇上大降温所以就選了評分高價格實惠的桑尼貝爾。這兒房間很大，也很乾凈，樓下大廳也很大設施齊全，前台服務人員很專業，服務也很到位，有機會一定會再來住的

晚上的客服應該是換班了，態度差
兩個人都走到跟前了，醒着也不起來搭理 我單獨到前台站了下才起來
還有我到全國哪裡都用的國家中心政務平台的電子身份證。 偏要我付款寶裏豫省事 笑死我。
我當時都想讓警察👮🏻過來問他認不認這個國家的小程序。而不是其他的小程序… …還問我是不是鄧州的。。還説自己在酒店做了一年多了。我回來一個月，有半月在桑尼貝爾酒店。。別的前台會靈活做事。你不會？？？ 你這樣做一百年也不行
手機裏有原件照片也不行。 國家程序裏的電子身份證也不行你要幹啥
死板著臉欠你錢阿，你要是去辦事單位還不得給人為難死
你這酒店不説多的，我朋友每過兩天在這裏住的也不是一個。。 請你來能把一個酒店給做死

可能酒店年限比較久了，房間內設施很一般，特別是衞生間，有點賓館的感覺。衞生也需要加強～桌子上灰塵挺多的。唯一欣慰的是前台服務人員比較熱情。
