The hotel is located in the mountain with a nice view. The only thing is in The Valley is a kind of a theme park with very loud music which is every where in that valley. That takes the nice atmosphere and the relaxed vibe away. The hot spring is super nice decorated in separate rooms outside which you can book for yourself. They also have a kind of tea hous and bar which is nice to hang out after the hot spring. The rooms are big and cozy.

因為出差會議，做完活動就選了這家民宿來住，當時就覺得西竹雲見特別有內涵，有意境，隨着感覺走吧！結果來了後，收穫滿滿，驚喜多多！老闆特別熱情，服務非常周到，有温泉有泳池有茶室會客室，被褥乾淨整潔無異味，處處美景，隨手拍就是大片，周邊民宿他的位置絕對最佳！不行，不能再説了，再誇就成託了！

跟老公錯峯來莫幹山遊玩，西竹雲見太舒服了，民宿位於山腳下，因為是平時來，關鍵人特別少，民宿非常乾淨，有檔次，周邊環境很悠靜，空氣清新。
民宿的餐食特別棒，很豐盛，口味很贊！
管家小范服務周到，知識面廣，善於言談，這裏的服務人員熱情大方。推薦朋友們錯峯來遊玩！！！

晚餐很棒，雞湯好喝，筍和魚很鮮。忘記帶耳塞了管家也提供了，很棒。管家介紹了一些景點，就去了龍潭，感覺一般般，還是躺酒店舒服

酒店建在一片山坡竹林裏，景觀視線環和境絕佳，特別適合週末放空遊。管家的貼心服務也給我們留下了深刻的印象，去停車場迎接，幫我們搬東西，臨別還送伴手禮。餐廳的餐食也很美味，尤其是家燒小黃魚，簡直有了一些新榮記的影子，牆裂推薦！！非常愉快的體驗，下次還會再來的。

客棧位置很好，周圍竹樹環合，晨昏相對無不歡喜，門口的小河流水潺潺，旁邊種滿了櫻桃和沙梨樹，摘山莓或者金銀花都非常有意思，客棧的裏面的環境也很愜意，茶室、温泉和游泳池等一應俱全，不管是個人出行還是家人出行，都各有樂趣。從客棧去莫幹山風景區以及瑤塢遊玩都非常方便，週末和小長假都可以説走就走。
