Found a bug on the bed (pictured in photo 1). After reporting it to the hotel, I specifically requested a change of bedding and a room cleaning. What happened? I came back in the evening to find the bug had just moved to the floor (pictured in photo 2). Seriously, is your idea of cleaning just sweeping things off the bed onto the floor? I'm speechless. Is this the room and service I get for over a thousand yuan? Come on, do your job properly! Also, the air conditioning on the night of check-in was absolutely useless. I set it to 20 degrees, but it stayed at 26 degrees, almost making me melt. I had to open the window in the middle of the night to cool down. After complaining the next day, the AC finally worked on the second night! The breakfast had the fewest stir-fried dishes I've ever seen. Please offer more hot cooked dishes!

Among the many hotels in Moganshan, we chose Kaiyuan because we trusted that it wouldn't disappoint. We couldn't afford to waste our precious two or three days of leisure time on an uncertain hotel experience. As expected, Kaiyuan didn't let us down. It boasts an excellent location, a wonderful environment, a wide selection for breakfast, and very attentive service. We'll definitely consider it for our next company team-building event!

Staying at this hotel in Moganshan was such a pleasant surprise! It offers incredible value for money. The facilities and environment are fantastic. Dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious. I'm definitely staying here again tomorrow when I'm back in Moganshan!

The hotel is really nice and beautiful. Since it was the last two days of the long holiday, it wasn't too crowded. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony, where we could see the fishing area and enjoy the beautiful distant views. It's also very close to several attractions.

My kids absolutely loved the family room layout! The hotel staff were really welcoming and had a great attitude. However, the heating in the room wasn't very effective, so it got cold at night. Also, the cleanliness could use some improvement. My child is allergic to dust mites and developed a rash in the middle of the night after sleeping here.

The hotel is located near a village at the foot of Moganshan Mountain, so the location is alright. Just a heads-up, don't come to Moganshan during the off-season; it'll be deserted. August is the time to visit, but that's a story for another day!
