Lift was not functional on 27th april 2024 and when reported to receptionist got response the lift will be operational from 9 am. Tv was not functioning and even raised the request no one attended to fix it. Water tap was damaged and bed was also so uncomfortable. It’s completely careless attended was there including receptionist.

Hotel is ok but not worth f ask of cleanliness and not a proper curtain in hotel. Denied to give water bottles. They have a kept one bottle for 3 person of my family

It’s an average hotel, they need to maintain the place as per the price they charging also i have requested for higher floor but they gave me on first floor where there was no view at all. Overall ok stay.
