Nice place, very modern overall .But my biggest concern was the walls were very shallow and that was in convenient. I could hear people walk the halls and above me . Also every time somebody opened the door in another room it would sound like someone was trying to come in the room I stayed in which made it very uneasy to sleep. This hotel is right off the highway so you will hear cars passing all night due to the shallow walls.

The room appeared nice. The bathroom had a dead roach in it and many of the tiles near the tub were lifted and cracked.

The staff are welcoming and they make sure all your needs are met. I had been here over a month in a half until my house get finished. They make me feel like family and thats what I love about staying here. The breakfast is always hot and you have plenty of things to choose from. Gloria and Ashley I can say a lot about these two. Just know that you are picking a great hotel to stay at.

You can hear EVERYTHING that’s occurring outside of your room, poorly insulated facility. That is one super important detail any hotel owner can not skip on. Every door that opened a closed on my floor to everyone’s conversation.

Drove all the way there only for the clerk to tell me he did night audit and couldn't find my reservation so I was stuck out until 3pm and had to go to another hotel

I stayed here for the thanksgiving holiday while visiting family in the Dallas area. The hotel was decent. Nothing fancy. I did appreciate, that the staff being accommodating, with my first room did not make my standard. The chair was filthy, and the TV didn’t work. They quickly moved me to a new room. The new room didn’t have a security latch and the door struggled to close. (Maybe it was all connected) I didn’t want to complain anymore, so I just made it work. The free breakfast was above average they offer in the morning. Fresh coffee, waffles, and other hot options to choose from.
