Best Hotels with Parking in Dietzenbach

We were in this hotel for a night. The rooms were large and spacious. But the reception has left to wish. We were welcomed by an older receptionist, who has delayed our check-in unnecessarily by receiving some telephone calls. During our stay, a large wedding company was in the hotel. We were not informed about the wedding society despite previous calls. If we had known before that Halligalli is expected all night, we would have cancelled the hotel immediately. At night we were woken several times by door knocks and brightly drunk other guests. This should not happen at a 4-Sterne house and we should definitely have been informed before! The breakfast was offered from 9 a.m. as we had so wished by the wedding society... we were not a little taken into account by other guests even if we had liked a quiet breakfast. We were therefore sitting between the society and had little space and little opportunity to have a normal conversation, because the noise level was unprecedentedly high and the coffee machine was in permanent operation 5cm behind my head. We were really disappointed. The lady of the reception asked all guests during breakfast whether everything was okay except us! We were probably only guests of second choice although we paid a huge amount of money for the two rooms. All in all, we would definitely no longer be night in this house. The service should be revised strongly and guests should be informed when a sleepless night is expected. Then you have the opportunity to make a new booking and enjoy the well-served weekend!

The price is relatively lowest, equivalent to a small hotel, quiet

We got placed in this hotel by Lufthansa after we missed our flight connection at Frankfurt/M airport, and had to stay overnight. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel starting from our arrival in the middle of the night, as the staff were extremely helpful in accommodating us, since we arrived without any luggage. We got a nice quirky room on the ”Adventure Floor”, called the ”Bamboo Room” (see pictures). We ended up enjoying our stay thoroughly, including the very extensive and delicious breakfast. The style of the hotel is very German, meaning a bit quirky and old-fashioned decor, but very well maintained and clean throughout.
