3.2/ 5Some staff at the front desk are so stinky, they are impatient to ask anything. There is a lack of communication between departments. For example, when I see that there is a delivery service to other guests to the room, the answer is very impatient. "You are wrong." "Then said "When did you see it, I will check cctv to see what's going on." Very rude + funny housekeeping and secuity are very polite and Korean girls who check in are very polite. The contrast is very strong...

Haven't found the right hotel yet?
New hotel that just opened in December 2019. some teething pains as the staff is getting newly trained, but they do put in a lot of effort. As noted on some other review sites, the shower drain is a common problem, but the staff has become quite competent in solving such issues. overall quite a nice stay. the Pearl is a newly developed area and there is still A LOT of construction around the hotel. Doha isn't too walkable and neither is the Pearl area, but Ubers are quite easy to get...as convenient as 滴滴. overall a good location if you don't want to stay near the busy city center.
