The room is clean and big enough. Half of the walls in the room I live in are large floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the city environment outside. It looks very nice when the city lights are on at night. The bedding is also very good. I am very satisfied, especially The waiters at the front desk are very professional, and everyone has a good attitude. There are also the lobby manager and other staff, who will help you push your luggage. Someone will take you to the elevator. The front desk even helped me upgrade the room, which is very heartwarming. On the first floor, I saw a custom-made transparent acrylic box at the door of each room in the corridor, small wooden ornaments similar to agarwood, with an artistic atmosphere, I like it very much. The quality of the various toiletries in the room is also quite good, and it smells very good, especially the rich and diverse breakfast, good quality, and good environment. I just have a little comment. When we checked in yesterday afternoon, because my husband likes to make tea, a friend came to talk about things. There was not enough water in the room. I called the front desk and asked for 4 bottles. After 3 minutes, the room attendant Water was delivered, but when I opened the door, it didn't make me feel the politeness that big hotels still have. Instead, they looked at me with cold eyes and didn't say a word. I was frightened, so I told her quickly, Excuse me, we need tea, we don't have enough water, thank you. She replied blankly, you're welcome, turned around and left. I was wondering if she was too busy, and asking her to deliver water affected her to make the room. Then, can the hotel consider configuring robots to deliver some small items, so that the guests' experience will be better, and the room attendants will not be disappointed. Glad, many mid-sized hotels are now almost serviced by robots. Keep pace with the times!

Hotel was very nice. Buffet dinner was very good. Easy and quick to check in. Rooms were clean and very spacious, though it had a big balcony with no furniture on it. Outdoor and indoor pool were nice. Large and good space for adults and children. Also a very cool outdoor picnic area to sit and relax and playground for kids. One of the best value for hotel we’ve stayed in.

The second time I came, I chose an ocean-themed room. My child liked it very much. Not only did we check in early, but we also had a balcony with a view of the stadium. The hotel facilities are complete and the service is thoughtful. The children's meal on the first day was great. The kids who didn't like to eat ate all the food. The mini zoo and botanical garden and the jumping park are still the favorites of the kids. There were too many people at the buffet in the evening. I felt that I didn't make a good estimate. The food supply was slow and in short supply. I basically didn't eat anything for the price of 168/person. The housekeeper Longyuan helped to communicate after get off work. Not only did he refund the full amount, but he also gave me a buffet for lunch the next day. Awesome! This trip was short but perfect. I will bring my parents back next time!

The hotel is awesome, very big and with so many options. The hot spring facilities are one of the best we’ve seen in China. Endless pools to choose and surrounded by nature everywhere. Astonishing view of the lake and mountains. This is a perfect place for disconnecting and enjoying nature while being in the city. Lots of dining options too with great quality and reasonable price. Absolutely lovely hotel. The hotel grounds are truly beautiful! Our room was huge with a nice bathtub and a balcony overlooking the golf course. Naturally the rooms are expensive but you get what you pay for with this hotel. It was worth every penny! I highly recommend staying here.

Although it is a bit different from Tangxia Sanzheng, the price is not expensive and it is quite suitable for weekend vacations in the surrounding area. Manager Xiao Wu's service is very good and we are more worry-free. The room is not small, the layout is reasonable, the bedding is clean and sanitary, the buffet dinner is okay, there is a small hot pot, and the shrimp is very fresh.

This hotel provides an exceptional service! The room and the facilities were clean and well-maintained, it was such a pleasant stay. The guy named 小黄 (Xiao Huang) at the reception helped me a lot with the check-in process, got a free room upgrade and a breakfast coupon. Check-out process was smooth as well, another staff 小谢 (Xiao Xie) also did a great job providing more information about some better deals for my future stay. Such a highly-recommended hotel. 👌🏻

Where to begin? The location of the hotel is very convenient and the building is beautiful. The staff of this hotel is the best of any hotel I've stayed in, in china! The bellhop ( Ethan) that greeted me and helped me with my bags was highly professional. The check in process was quick and the gentleman spoke English so it made the process very easy for me. I celebrated my birthday this past weekend at the hotel and the staff was so kind to leave a delicious cheesecake and card. , personally signed by the staff for me in my room. I will be coming back here when I visit again.

The hotel environment is neat and clean, the lobby area is very spacious and stylish, the rooms are fully equipped, and the showers are separated from wet and dry. The atmosphere in the lobby bar and Western restaurant is very good. It is very comfortable to sit and drink coffee and eat Western food. The receptionist at the front desk is warm and generous, and the price is not expensive. It is worth mentioning that it is convenient to travel and is close to the Humen High-speed Railway Station. The room (Guest Room) we chose was so-so. Limited to 7th floor. I believe these were the rooms partially renovated from the old sauna service rooms prior to the vice crackdowns from ten years ago. The rooms were fitted with a sauna (not sure if working or not) and open, not enclosed shower. Room was smaller than the deluxe/executive rooms and did not have the amenities such as bathtub, enclosed shower, in room safe, bathrobes, disposable slippers, iron and ironing board. I would recommend paying $4 - $10 more just to get one of the other rooms. The redeeming factor about our stay was that it fell during their 14th anniversary and we were able to receive discounts of about 30% on our dinner meals. We had two separate consecutive reservations.

Great location, balcony with nice view, room conditions are ok, bathtub in the room is a plus. Few problems we had though. Personal of the pool area didn't allow us to use outside pool because of rain. But Chinese people started to swimming there under the rain and nobody tried to stop them. When I asked, what's going on, why Chinese can, but we, foreigners, cannot, they said,” okok, you can go as well”. So, looks like some kind of discrimination. And another bad thing, we saw the cockroach in restaurant was running on the table.

Stayed at the Nanshe family and enjoyed a very pleasant time. The fish can be fed in the yard, and the children have a good time. Not far from the door is the small bridge and flowing water, which is very suitable for the elderly and children to hang out. The hotel itself also has dining, chicken and goose recommended, general rice is more special, like sweet taste can try.
