房間很大，也很新,服務熱情.離海邊也近…提供有備用取電卡.Tps:老闆家的兒子超級帥氣！❤看過點評才訂的，到了酒店後真的沒有失望

酒店位置離海邊稍微遠一點，帶孩子一起走有點吃力，15分鐘左右的路程，第一次走去海灘太累了後來就開車去了。酒店內部環境還可以，比較新，也沒什麼氣味，廁所乾淨，水壓很大，花灑也很好用，最滿意的就是廁所。周邊比較差一點，都是工地～另外老闆娘態度很好，但是除了老闆娘其他人態度都比較冷漠～剛到的時候辦理入住都沒怎麼理。情侶入住或者有車的自駕遊還是蠻推薦的，綜合還是挺好的。

環境寬敞舒適，離海邊很近，步行5～6分鐘就到。房間寬敞，空調製冷也不錯，開始還擔心房間大了，怕空調效果不好。還有電梯，方便上下出行。停車方便，門口就有停車場。

酒店離金灘不遠，過馬路對面步行幾百米就能到金灘。酒店很新，裝修不錯，房間很寬敞，空間夠大，還有麻將桌，適合自駕遊或者商務居住，晚上很安靜。雖然不含餐，但周邊附近不遠有超市，各種大排檔燒烤，吃住行都比較方便。

酒店設施都很新，看得出來新開的酒店。房間也寬敞乾淨，就是牀板有點硬。距離海邊位置也不遠，還是性價比挺高的

果然沒有讓人失望。無論是客房，還是客房的設施，都是新的，而且衞生乾淨，花灑，水壓都很棒。綜合附近的酒店，這個酒店的房間，是附近所有酒店中，最大的了。有免費停車場，雖然距離金灘，不是最近的，但其實也不是太遠，出了酒店，走出這條小路，過個馬路，一直走就是海邊了。也就5分鐘左右。周邊吃東西，不管是早餐還是中餐，晚餐，都很方便。最重要的真的是房間夠大，床夠大，住得乾淨舒服，多走幾步路，真的沒關係。而且價格真的是實惠呢，下次去，還會訂你家的房間。

新開的乾淨整潔，離海邊🏝有步行🚶♀️五分鐘左右的路程，不遠處就有很多吃的，還是比較方便的，不在路邊安靜

東苑是這次暑假帶娃防城港之行，印象最好的住宿點，酒店住宿配備硬件設施規格高，整個酒店裝修別具一格，很乾凈。衞浴設施新，好用，沐浴既是享受，小朋友特喜歡。酒店離金灘不遠，步行10分鐘內到，下海遊玩後可回酒店沖洗，也方便。酒店附近有農貿市場，海鮮市場，適合自己買海鮮加工，吃個飽……
