設施：酒店設施完善，熱水一開就有，水量大，洗澡舒服，有自己的停車場，在酒店對面的中越友誼公園裡麪。如果把蹲坑改成坐便器就更好了；
衞生：客房乾淨整潔，會根據客人的要求及時清掃；
環境：周邊餐飲眾多，方便，酒店就在東興國門景區裏面，到哪裡都很近；
服務：前台接待熱情周到，有素質。

垃圾酒店，老是停電還不給退房，前台服務太差了詢問一下就感覺不耐煩了，房間小設施舊還有一股難聞的味道，是住過最差的酒店

房間功能齊全，就是面積比較小，有點侷促，衞生比較乾淨，離東興口岸近，樓下吃飯比較方便，停車要到馬路對面的公園裡，有點不方便，不過從性價比來看還是可以的。
