我們衝著精這套房間來的，照片上顯示很大很美，朋友推薦的，所以我們千里迢迢趕過來，結果讓我們很失望！結果前台告訴我們要下午兩點後入住，我們頂着烈日等了幾個小時，到下午三點還沒有入住。結果給了我們一個和視頻照片完全不同的，沒有打掃的、擁擠的房間。給了我們極差的體驗感，也就是對遊客的服務？告訴我們精房間被人續住了，就要我們住擁擠的小房間，但我們就是看到了視頻和圖片才選擇的精，我和朋友疲憊奔波的一下午，耽誤了一下午整個的安排。辦理入住的時候完全沒有人給你解釋精的房間分為不同面積，感覺就是在欺騙消費者，沒有讓消費者覺得在被服務，還是一直要求消費者遷就商家，因為遊客多，所以房間沒有了、衞生打掃慢，真是很差的旅遊體驗，也不會推薦朋友再去這家店！

非常開心入住櫻花精舍-菊次郎的夏天，在橫店的兩天，25度的天氣是有初夏的感覺，小朋友們在香港街也玩的很盡興，酒店的接駁車隨叫隨到，服務周到，住宿環境舒適，早餐豐盛可口，非常滿意的一次旅行哦
