I went to Wanlu Lake to play. I saw that this hotel had good reviews, so I booked it for two days. But I regretted it. I should have gone to the five-star hotel next to it. Because we could only stay there that afternoon and there was no place to play. The front desk suggested that we go to the city to play. However, we had already played in the city at noon, so we thought about coming over in the afternoon and taking a walk at the port, but there was nothing at the port. If you stay in a hotel, you can also walk around the hotel and have a buffet breakfast the next morning. You will not be so hungry on the island at noon. Or the guide doesn’t do much. We stayed for two days in a row. We didn’t come back until the afternoon of the second day and it was almost evening. However, we didn’t know what to do in the morning of the third day. There was no walking around and it was very sunny outside. Although it was close to the port, there was no port either. There is nothing to see, it is better to play in the public facilities in the big hotel. If you are bringing children, it is recommended to go to a big hotel. The last two pictures are the breakfast on the first day and the breakfast on the second day. Because the first day is still a working day, there are very few people, so they cooked us two bowls of noodles. The second day is the Mid-Autumn Festival, so there will be more people. I had some buffet breakfast, but the amount was relatively small and very simple, but that's what a B&B is. Let’s talk about a family holding a party here on Mid-Autumn Festival, and they were still singing loudly at 11 o’clock in the evening. I called the front desk, and the front desk also said that there was no way it could be because the guests were partying, so they didn’t consider other guests, so they said they would communicate with each other😓 Let’s talk about the service. On the first day, the service attitude was quite good. She answered questions very politely. But the next day, in the morning, I asked the front desk on WeChat how many hours it would take to get nucleic acid at the port, and he gave me a call. Then I asked him to help me find out the working hours for accounting, and gave me his phone number and address. The service awareness here puts me to shame. Shouldn't the Inn ask questions and provide answers to other guests? In short, if you have a small family, it is recommended to go to the big hotel next door. If you want to visit the island and take a day off, you can stay in the city for one night before going back, or go to the nearby town to live there, where you can eat and shop conveniently. Of course, there are also advantages here, that is, it is suitable for team building, because there is a lawn, which is not bad, and there is also a large conference room. But it’s not suitable for a small family like us traveling by car. After all, this is just the port, so it’s very convenient for me to live in the town next to it.

1. There was no hot water in the room that cost more than 900 per night. The water was only a little warm and it was impossible to take a shower. The front desk said that the circuit breaker had tripped and it would be fine in an hour. But when I got up to brush my teeth in the morning, the water was still not hot. 2. The air conditioner was not heating (we booked three rooms, and the air conditioner in only one room was working). When I called the front desk, a man answered the phone and said that the maintenance man had gone home for the Chinese New Year and could not repair it. Not only was there no hint of apology in his tone of voice, but the most annoying thing was that he hung up on me! 3. A toilet in the bathroom was so dirty that it made me sick. I didn’t want to make myself sick any more, so I went to take pictures. There was feces all around the toilet, and there was also mold!

The environment is good, all facilities are complete, it is very convenient to go to the scenic spot, just next to the parking lot 🍃Environment:

The environment is average, there is no water in the pool outside, the experience of the room is very poor, the air conditioner is not cold and hot overnight, the toilet smells bad, the network is poor, and the TV wifi signal is poor. The soundproofing of the upper and lower neighbors is also poor

The environment of the inn is quiet, clean and hygienic, there is a lawn at the door, and children’s amu*****t facilities, the children are very happy to play; the lady lady in the inn has a very warm service, and thoughtful answers for eating, drinking, and having fun!

The price of the room is not bad. Breakfast is two bowls of rice noodles in one room. The children ran around and happily. However, the room facilities are average, especially the toilet. The door locks are also a bit broken. A chair is used to press the door behind. I said that the room on the 5th floor was good, but I said that there was no room, and I didn't reserve it. Then I gave a room with a clear sky. I don't know if it is different from the one I booked. When the traffic jam on May 1st arrives in the early morning, I don't care about it. But it is really close to Wanlv Lake and very convenient. Jinghuayuan is okay, all trapeze kids can play, and I want to play after playing, happy😊
