I am a returning guest and have always appreciated this hotel. The staff is consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful, which is exactly why I chose to stay here again. Unfortunately, this visit fell completely short of basic standards. The issues started right at check-in when I was assigned a room that hadn't been cleaned at all from the previous guests. While the staff eventually moved me, the real problem occurred later that night. I was incredibly dismayed to find multiple bugs crawling directly on my bedsheets and along the bathroom baseboards. I took videos of the insects as proof. Discovering pests in the bed made for a very uncomfortable and unsanitary experience. I tried to contact front desk, they asked me to complain through email. I emailed the staff but nothing ever happened. I am returning there anymore. I dont recommend this place if you are a clean person.

Rooms were dirty and the bathtubs were hideous. Could be a nice place but it's an F- on cleanliness. The staff was nice though.

The place needs to be updated..all furniture is old and paint peeling ...bugs everywhere....the room are nicely in size....I guess I like more updated

Location is good. A bit noisy traffic and airplanes

Cleanliness was awful. Shower floor was so dirty that we have to use our slip shoes to take showers. Shower head was broken and water spilled throughout the bathroom. Refrigerator inside was clean but outside was sticky and greasy, so I had to clean it to use it. Towels were clean but old. Sheets and covers were clean but pillows had no form at all. Laminate floow was shrinking and large separations were showed everywhere. No housekeeping at all during our 1 week stay. We found a small coackroach in the kitchen so we had to leave the light on to prevent more coming during night. I don't recommend it and will never use it again.

That is the only hotel I've ever seen that did not have washer eggs you had to use hand towels as a wash ride there was mold and rust all over the bathroom it was disgusting.

The location is great, very close to the airport. The service was okay (improvised), but okay. The room was very spacious (which was surprising considering its size). However, I didn't dare use the kitchen (for example), because as soon as I entered the room, several cockroaches ran into the kitchen (one stayed on the refrigerator door, staring at me) and another got into the coffee maker... In fact, there were poison marks on the kitchen floor... so I didn't even go into the kitchen. I definitely won't be returning to this hotel, nor do I recommend it.

The shower valve was faulty, we couldn't shower, the sofa bed had no sheets or blankets, and 2 chairs were missing.
