Denvir's of Downpatrick

"Denvirs is full of character but we were very disappointed on arrival to find we were not staying in the inn itself but in a separate building 100 yards away. The room itself was large comfortable and clean but the windows on both sides looked into brick walls. There was very little daylight to be seen and as a result we felt very isolated. Great for someone who wanted silence. Being in separate building meant we had to don coats hats etc to go out for dinner and breakfast. Food was very good on the whole. Chef happy to alter set options if required. Service very very slow both at breakfast and for dinner. Sour dough toast much too hard to eat"
