The hotel was lovely and I could check in early for a fee:) there was lots of private beach space and beds and the food was good in all the restaurants however I would of preferred 1/2 to be sit down meals rather than buffets.

The hotel was a very nice and relaxing.
The food was excellent. I’m vegetarian and had a lot of verity of food.
The staff and house keeping were super friendly and tried to help if needed.

I really enjoyed the all inclusive food and drinks at this resort. I liked that they didn’t serve the same menu every day. Make sure you make your dinner reservations as soon as you get there, I was able to go to the Moon and Spices restaurants. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, they have to attend to allot of people, it is really busy at the resort. I didn’t see any staff annoyed with the guests. They were very attentive in all areas, the beach, at the entrance, and restaurants. The hotel is about 20 minutes away from the downtown area, this is depending on traffic, which is really bad. We rented a car and with our hotel key card you can park your car for free at the resort.

Staff was welcoming and very child-friendly. Premises and rooms were kept clean and up-to-date. You could see the staff fixing and cleaning places every day.
There were one big buffet restaurant and 3 bookable restaurants which were also, to our disappointment, buffets. In general, the food and drinks were very good.
Only minus is the fact that the place is clearly intented for masses which naturarly affects the athmosphere. Despite there were hundreds of guests, everything worked very well. No queing, no annoying sunbed reservations etc. :)
