Sonder Business Bay

Brilliant location. Stunning views. The apartment was beautiful, modern and clean. Well equipped for a perfect stay. It was a central location so everything was easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again. 👌

Very nice hotel itself. Very big and clean room with absolutely affordable rate. A little inconvenient and must use Taxi or uber to go around the city.

The property is in a convenient location. The apartments are quite spacious, which is great. The only downside was one of the bedrooms had some exposed nails on the floor which is something the cleaning crew should have reported and it should have been fixed prior to any guest’s arrival The best part about the property was the staff. Reception desk was extremely helpful. Zainab at checkout was especially helpful!

Location was absolutely perfect. A short walk from all the action and really quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful! Room had all the amenities including a small kitchenette with all the necessities. Highly recommend!

Hotel is better than expected. Close to the Dubai Mall and Downtown district. Great for families. Overall great experience.

The images online don't tell the full story. Beyond what's visible, the floors creak and feel unstable, there are noticeable marks in every room, and the bathrooms emit a strong sewage odor that permeates the entire space despite the air conditioning. The bathtubs display dirt-like marks and dents, showers are covered in cement and plaster, and even the soap and shampoo dispensers fail to work properly. The apartment has an overarching sewage smell, lacks a dishwasher, and the air quality made it necessary for us to switch rooms on our last night. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place—it was a disappointing and expensive experience.

I enjoyed my stay at the Sonder. Staff was excellent. Location was very convenient. Would definitely stay at this Sonder again.

It’s a shame they don’t include the cleaning of rooms within the price but apart from that it was ok. The bathroom mirror was very very dirty
