It's a very old building, so the facility looks old, but it's generally satisfying for a hostel with this price.

The service was great, he people at reception were very nice and welcoming, and they were always available. The facilities were very clean, and the staff friendly. There were security cameras, which increased the feeling of safety. I was in a mixed 14 people bedroom and they manage to keep it clean every day. I also felt safe leaving my belonging (so did the other guests), and never saw the need in using a locker, the other visitors were nice and respectful, there was an environment of mutual trust.

The room was pleasant and offered good privacy. A major drawback was the showers, or rather the bathrooms in general, which were unfortunately rather shabby.

There's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. My upper bunk was so tight that even sitting down, my head hit the floor. 腰不好睡不天下床，提前半個月很攜程客服幫忙協調下床，結果當天到店下床早被預訂出去，根本沒有把我的要求合理的跟酒店溝通轉達，總説郵件溝通了，聯繫不到酒店，你早幹嘛去了？況且我本人就在酒店前台坐着，明明兩個大活人坐在前台，説聯繫不上？已經在國外不是一次兩次了這種事情，酒店本身呢，上床有點矮，磕頭，屋裡除了床什麼都沒有，給我安排到頂層，還沒有電梯，一定要注意，有大行李不建議，樓梯超級高每一層，上下走死你，酒店本身也在坡上，提前到了前台很冷漠，讓我在大廳生生坐了兩小時，不知道是不是天天下雨的地理環境導致都是冷漠，不熱情，不會笑，根本不人性化！房間暖氣白天不開冰冰涼，就晚上開，你家白天居住人嗎？
