Stay was wonderful. Tucked away, but a couple turns and are at the pile gate. Stairs are tight with luggage, but doable. Easy to check in and out.

The property is a small walk-up apar**ent building in the heart of Old Town. It is quiet, clean and conveniently located. There was a large mini fridge, microwave, fold-out breakfast table with two stools, sink, dishes and utensils for your use. The room itself is cozy but was fine for two of us to share. The bathroom was a nice size and very clean and also comfortable. We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Old Town near some major attractions at a very affordable price. The owners communicated via Whatsapp and was very responsive to our needs while we stayed there at the apar**ent.

Really well located . If you are travelling with baggage there is perfect no stairs to up and down . It is close to the different restaurants and attractions . Easy to arrive .

Great small and modern apar**ent including kitchenette in the old town of Dubrovnik. Quietly located in a side street, about 80m from the main pedestrian zone "Stradun". Perfect support from the property management, the detailed directions with pictures and GPS data arrived in good time by email, the self-check-in was completely problem-free - and on the day of departure we were able to leave our suitcases with the property management.

Very nice accommodation, very well located, a few blocks from the main door. Very quiet, no noise (no open-air cinema at this time).
Very clean accommodation with a nice, large bathroom.
Everything works (wifi, air conditioning, etc…).
Comfortable bedding.
Hassle-free check in and check out. We were even able to leave our suitcases on the last day at the luggage storage facility, just a street away.
Friendly owner who responds quickly by WhatsApp.
In short, everything was perfect and we really recommend this accommodation. We chose the Mario on the 3rd floor, absolutely calm and not overlooked.
We recommend it 100%.

Small, but very comfortable and well-furnished apar**ent / room, with small kitchen area and bath.
We stayed on the 4th floor without a lift, so you don't have to have bad legs.
Small window, but with a beautiful view towards the mountains and the apar**ent is in a quiet area.
Close to the small cozy shopping streets, where there are reasonable prices for breakfast.
Easy check-in with code via email and location is easy to find.

A very comfortable, clean and modern place. It is also very easily accessible located in the center of Dubrovnik. An advantage is that you don't have to climb stairs to get there, because in other locations we saw, you have to climb a lot of stairs with suitcases.
