Decent accommodation, poor wifi on the third floor although the management claimed it should have been fine- it was not, and really noisy, inconsiderate fellow guests. Lovely location.

It was my second stay. The first time the room & the view was much better & very pleasant.
This time the view was not so good. I had for some reason a not very clean „additional“ toddler’s bed in the small sleeping room. It took a lot of space and wasn’t very pleasant to look at it.
After I checked out they called me and told me that they wasn’t able to claim money from my credit card!? I told them that I already paid via ******* & I didn’t submit my creditcard informations… I assume they hat some kind of technical issue…
It seems like that you need to be lucky with the room. The location itself is in the city center.
It’s difficult to rate. My first stay was about 5/5 and this time I feel about 3/5…

If you stay in Dusseldorf more than 1 month, I will definitely recommend this apartmenthaus. I know you are unfamiliar in Dusseldorf, but the location is very central, nearby Carlsplatz. If you are foody, you can directly go to the bakery (HINKEL) or Casa Luigi (Italian restaurant) within 30 sec. Munstermann is also located in the same street.

Zimmer nicht wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Die Premium Suite war ein normales Zimmer im ersten Stock. Im Zimmer war es sehr staubig. In meinen drei Nächten Aufenthalt war der Zimmerservice nicht einmal da. Einmal sah sie mich um 18 Uhr ins Zimmer gehen, da hat sie die Reinigung für die anderen Zimmer gemacht. Vermutlich wollte sie dann nicht in mein Zimmer gehen. Dennoch ein No-Go. Die Bodenleisten wurden schon ewig nicht mehr geputzt. Austattung ziemlich heruntergekommen. Die Bettdecken hatten gelbe Flecken und haben auch nicht mehr gut gerochen. Das einzig gute war das Bad. Der Rest der Austtattung war enttäuschend. Wenn man nicht lüftet, riecht das Zimmer sehr nach alt. Meine bisher schlechteste Erfahrung in Düsseldorf. Preis Leistung stimmt hier leider überhaupt nicht.
