Novotel Dusseldorf Airport

Very clean and quiet hotel. The bedding is top notch. Hotel services accessible from smartphone and attentive staff. Book without worry.

Stayed at the Novotel one night before the holiday departure (family room). Two smaller children can easily sleep on the sofa bed. The loungers are narrow, but completely okay. It was very clean, well equipped, everything was new and modern. We would book again immediately and can only recommend it. We didn't have breakfast because our flight left early in the morning. It's a 5-minute drive to the parking garage near the terminal in the morning.

Very nice staff. Location outside the city, a bus is nearby - about 5 minutes on foot. I personally don't find carpet that hygienic, but oh well. Rooms big enough and new bathrooms. Look beautiful. A problem with the mattress was also solved very friendly and ultimately to our complete satisfaction. Breakfast plentiful and very tasty. I think the overall value for money is right and we would come back.

Because I had an early morning flight the next day, I checked into the hotel. The receptionist was very welcoming. It was a simple business hotel, but everything was in place and convenient.

It's okay, the minor problem has been solved.

NOVOTEL's newly opened hotel has excellent quality and service. It is worth recommending.
