酒店位置優越，離出海口五分鐘步行路程，周邊飯店非常多，酒店的早餐也精緻好吃，可使用銀聯付款。乾淨衞生，健身房不錯，酒店可訂出遊套餐。

攜程上訂房的時候標明前台有中文服務，而且再三確認過！結果到店後失望沒有華人禮遇。
雖然語言不通但是前台服務還是熱情周到的。酒店設施還可以的，環境和衞生都很好。就是早餐上的太慢啦😌😌😉

優點：地理位置好。對面就是孩子喜歡的無花果遊樂園（fig tree playground）.去免費公共遊泳池（cairns esplanade lagoon ）也很近。1樓有**。早餐6:30-12:00點，是點菜的（西餐咖啡），選擇包含早餐是明智的選擇。酒店是2001裝修的，裏面還有風扇，百葉窗的窗簾，有特色。
缺點：因為房間之間都是百葉窗隔離的，所以房間之間不隔音。遮光效果不好。床軟，枕頭不舒服。服務水平可以再提高，因為延後了退房日期，需要多次check in，不能一次性在前台搞定。不同服務員打掃房間不一樣，有時候不給放免費水，有時候不給換浴巾，好在衹要打電話要的話，都給拿。費用是周邊酒店裡最貴的。
