因為護照原因臨時訂了這個酒店，check in 的時候，前台的小姐不僅態度冷淡，連聲服務行業最基本的禮貌“你好”都不説，速度極慢，沒有什麼客人排隊但是花很久，無法理解！一看就是沒有接受過專業的培訓，可以看出酒店在管理上是欠缺的。酒店的硬件還不錯，房間大，設施完善。但是彌補不了管理上的欠缺。
我需要無煙房，一進房間煙味特別大，值班的兩位小姐蠻幫忙的，給我換房，又開窗通風，謝謝她們的幫忙！
早餐很不錯，大師傅們都在旁邊，觀察到需要加菜了，馬上處理，給人熱心專業的感覺。早餐品類也好，有地道的羊雜湯，奶茶，蕎麥麪配羊湯或者番茄湯，很美味！

對該酒店衞生和前台服務滿意，但是早餐服務實在太差，早餐7點半開始9點半結束，但是我8點半去吃早餐 餐廳食品空空的，沒人管理沒人負責，讓人失望和氣憤，不推薦入住。（請看圖片）

環境：周圍沒有商業，需要打車出去
服務：前台態度冷冷的，問啥懶得搭理的樣子，辦手續巨慢
良心評價，沒有半點虛假，懶得投訴，懶得計較，不會再住第二次

前台接待服務實在太差了，本來去就是中午休息一會兒的，1:10左右到達前台辦入住等了快40分鐘左右吧，16:30左右退房吧又出問題了又快等了20分鐘

酒店性價比較高。酒店略嫌老舊，門口沒有禮賓，房間不大。但是比較智能化，一插房卡電動窗簾就會自動打開。有歡迎水果。服務較好。但是應該生意很好，早上吃早飯感覺很多老年人。早飯味道也還不錯。 南方人第一次喝到鹹奶茶，覺得還不錯。總體來説性價比高，值得一住。
