It's close to the witch market and the square, and there are two Teleferico stops not far away, so it's nice.
The staff was very friendly and it was nice that they prepared a packed lunch for early check-out.

Very nice hotel in the hot spot from la Paz - rooms are laid back and quiet - welcome drink - staff very friendly - the restaurant beside is very good - bedding is ok / rooms quit big - as is the bathroom - so erlös noise from the room above - walking distance to city center

Shower was hot, bathroom clean and beds were reasonably good. I just loved all the art that decorated the walls!!! It looked amazing!! It was super handy to have access to a kitchen although it lacked any tea towels. It was mostly really quiet. The staff were pretty helpful and let us store our bags for 5 days for free whilst we did an Amazon jungle trek. I can recommend this place.

I stayed as part of a group tour. The location seems to be near some of the tourist attractions- souvenir shops, witches market, etc. However, you may get stuck in a room like mine with no windows. There actually is one window in my bathroom which opens to a stairwell. Earlier in the day I couldn’t tell if someone was taking a shower nearby or if it was raining. I have a king size bed. There is a radiator in the room- no wall thermostat. None of the English channels on the TV work. There is one elevator in the hotel. The towels smell like chemicals. The WiFi works well in the room. There is tea available in the front lobby. There are decent reading lights in the room. There is a secure safe in the room. Front desk staff speak English. There are shelves to store clothes but no place to hang anything. Conditioner and lotion are not provided. The hair dryer is underpowered for any type of styling. You can definitely hear the traffic noise and people talking in the lobby from my room. I would not stay here again.

Horrible experience booking here. The woman, Valeria, gave me a group rate and then, almost doubled it right before we departed which left me in a very bad situation. She reneged on the agreement in hopes I would agree with her inflated price. Beware this bait and switch, it reflects badly on the country of Bolivia.

What a beautiful hotel! An experience of history, architecture, charm. In the center of La Paz, you enter and a world of beautifully decorated environments will surprise you. Huge, comfortable rooms and a quality restaurant. Next to the beautiful São Francisco church and the Witches' market. Worth the experience!
