Loving it at Mediterranean Bay….. We are having a lovely holiday at Mediterranean Bay. We arrived several hours before the allotted check in time so were delighted that a room was swiftly made available to us (realise that this might not always be the case depending on seasonal capacity) We have stayed in many hotels in Europe and this is definitely of a high standard in our eyes. The most important thing for us is comfort and cleanliness of the room ….both of which are perfect. You won’t go hungry here…..there’s a very wide choice for the All Inclusive breakfast, lunch & dinner. (Drinks are refreshingly cold) The location allows for peaceful strolls around the harbour and along the promenade but the hustle and bustle is available if you prefer too. A huge thank you to ALL of the Team here for looking after us so well and to Jet2 for the opportunity. We are very grateful that we will be returning to the U.K. following such a totally relaxing break :)

We stayed here for 4 days.Hotel clean. Rooms good size and cleaned daily. Pool area was nice plenty sun beds. Food was okay plenty choice. There is not much in the way of restaurants and pubs near the hotel they are plenty on the shore front. No entertainment in the hotel. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to beach however it had a very steep incline walking from beach to hotel. Both my husband and I struggled with this due to health issues. Now for the negatives. We booked all inclusive and arrived after 10 at night. We were not offered water or a sandwich. We went to the bar and was refused any type of drink. We asked for water or soft drink and were refused. The bar opened for soft drinks at 11am you could buy alcohol. Wine and beer were limited to 3 at lunch and dinner only. We are not big drinkers and would only have one wine or beer with our meal. Snacks was the left over breakfast breads and buns. The staff have very little English apart from the reception staff. On our last day we checked out at 11 but we’re not getting picked up until 3 thAt afternoon. We were told we would not be allowed lunch or drinks and we were to remove our wristbands. I will not be visiting this hotel again and glad we were only there 4 days. It catered more for Germans . During our stay we met 2 English couples. Other than them the others in the hotel were rude and totally ignored us when we would pass and say hello. I would not recommend staying here.

Happy with how clean the place is. Helpful staff and reception. Food is lovely. Cocktails on the sky bar are worth the money and the music though! The only downside is the all inclusive doesn’t really include all drinks look into the Spanish law before coming.

An amazing and quiet place, I will always go for an adult only hotel. The meals and the staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were great but the downside was that our room was never mopped and we requested for extra pillows three times and we still didn’t get them. Otherwise, perfection!

Lovely bed, amazing scenery, food amazing, all the staff are lovely, rooms and very clean and spacious. I like the staff I love the pools, the food The location near and very close to the beach I recommend you to come to this hotel in palma all the staff are so funny and lovelly and kind

Great hotel near the beach, staff are very friendly and helpful, food options are also great and the swimming pools are clean albeit not heated but under the sun it's the perfect temperature. Would happily come back again for another holiday at this hotel

I like the reception of the hotel I really like the staff of the hotel so friendly the rooms so clean, so nice so friendly is close to the beach is quiet You could rest perfect No noises Just relax come and have a good time Is perfect and I will repeat the experience and come again
