Best Spa Hotel in El Burgo de Osma

I made reservations on August 22, 2022 for 3 nights October 4, 5, 6, Suite Santa Catalina, Especial Segunda Juventud. I received an email on August 22 confirming my reservation along with a confirmation number. On September 4, I received a phone call from the hotel stated that they have a large group coming to the hotel during my stay and need me to change my dates to allow tor the larger group can be accommodated. I did not want to change my dates since we planned these dates to celebrate our anniversary and birthdays. In the end we told the hotel to cancel the reservations. If a hotel confirms a reservation they should meet their commi**ents. We won't be making any reservations with this hotel or the other hotels in their group.
