The hotel is average, but it's very close to the town. Just take the next step to the busiest town. It's very convenient. The hotel has a parking lot.

Facilities a bit old and run down, but still liveable. Breakfast was a little too sweet, mostly cakes and sweet breads.
Receptionist is friendly and helpful, helped us with the booking of taxi to El Calafate Airport. There is a shortcut to the main town, which is pretty convenient, about a 8 minute walk down to the town but a bit challenging to walk at night.... roads in el calafate are pretty muddy.

Nice hotel, close to the center and to the bus terminal, only a few minutes to walk.

The Hotel is well located, 3 blocks from the center. To get to the center you have to go down several stairs, I didn't count them but maybe about 30. You are approximately 5 blocks from the Super la Anónima and all the shops, car rentals, banks, bars, etc. It is simple, clean and the staff is friendly. It is heated, has a hair dryer, they offer you food for excursions and you can have dinner at the hotel.

I had a terrible experience with the concierge Marcelo. When I complained about the lack of heating, hot water to bathe and that the hair dryer did not work. He exercised physical and verbal violence towards me. Total misogynist. I am still waiting for that man's apology since no sanction was applied to him. I endorse the hotel's behavior since I had to cross it again.
