For the first 3 mornings the water would randomly turn off, and i'd be left without any water. After multiple complaints each morning was this finally resolved.
The lack of heating control per room was also difficult to bare as it meant switching between an open and closed window

This hotel was chosen for me by Exoticca. It is of a Lodge style, and it’s rustic interior is in perfect harmony with a rugged Patagonian nature around it. The room was clean and had everything you need while exploring the outdoors. The staff is absolutely wonderful, whether at the restaurant, reception or a cleaning team. Very warm and helpful. The restaurant only serves breakfast and sandwiches later in the day. The hotel is on the outskirts of El Calafate, about 20-30 minutes away. Charming little town with lots of lovey restaurants and shops. A nice pastry shop-cafe is 5 minutes away from the hotel, on the corner, just as you turn left towards the town and a mini supermarket opposite the cafe. I travelled solo and stayed three nights at the hotel. People in El Calafate are very friendly and I felt totally safe to explore the town and coming to the hotel late- ish in the evenings. Dogs are part of the town and I found it delightful. If you allow, they will accompany you around. Very friendly company!

No a good place if u looking to stay inmersed in the culture is too far from town and the area is super dirty and not pleasant. This place is good for someone their is alone and have rental car.

Maravillosa la atención recibida . Un lugar muy cálido, lindo y confortable. Todo siempre impecable. El personal muy amable y siempre con excelente predisposición para todo. Es lo que más se destaca. El desayuno super completo y variado.

Es un hotel muy limpio y bonito, Braian en la recepcion super atento y amable, la habitacion muy adecuada, lo unico que hay que dejar las ventanas abiertas porque entonces hace mucho calor, pero en general la experiencia en calafate y el hotel fue de mucho agrado.

Llegamos a pasar año nuevo al Calafate y el hotel nos ayudó a planear toda nuestra estadía. La chica de recepcion excepcional. El desayuno muy bueno. La limpieza del cuarto y en general todo. Pudimos caminar desde el hotel al centro sin problema y eso nos permitió disfrutar más del lugar.

Espectacular todo, desde la atención al check in, desayuno y servicios del hotel. Cerca de la Av principal. Además cuenta con las instalaciones del hotel las 24hs, servicio de agua fría y caliente gratis. Muy contento con mi estadía! Volvería muchas veces.

El personal excelente, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y/o solucionar. El desayuno es completo y extenso horario. Las instalaciones necesitan más mantenimiento, pero están cómodas. Lo malo: que después de las 22hs, en el hotel no se consigue agua del dispenser, algún refrigerio/snacks.
