My family spent 2 nights at this hotel. The hotel was fine when we first checked in. It went down hill when they pounded on my door at 10:15 pm demanding payment “to balance their books.” I have two young children and this was absolutely rude and unnecessary. I also found this laughable because the only receipt we were given when we checked out was a sloppily hand written note. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. This is on top of paying for pool towels that would disappear from our room forcing me to speak to no less than 4 people to have them replaced. I think they are trying hard but they don’t hit the mark. Stay somewhere else if you can.
