酒店位於小區裏面，環境優美，寧靜怡人，衞生乾淨；套房內設施設備都相對比較齊全，該有的都有，而且從窗台處還能觀望整個別墅區，視野開闊風景好；前台工作人員服務態度非常好，需要什麼都儘量滿足，而且還幫我拿了幾張温泉優惠券，比自己去温泉售票處購買的價格要便宜很多。

房間床很舒服，床單被褥也挺乾淨的，小區環境超級好，房間窗口能看到花海世界的摩天輪，找前台購買温泉和花海世界門票有優惠，比平台購買優惠，一家人出遊的好選擇

夜晚來的，房間潮濕而且發黴，進門一股味道，打電話給前台，小妹表示因為交樓的質量差，讓我將就住，或者換一間更舊更小的房間，要麼讓我退款，我真的服了，這個地方沒有下次，永久拉黑。
