The room was clean and the service was polite and expedient. I enjoyed the balcony which gave a great view of the park.

酒店距離恩施大峽谷的遊客中心500米，非常方便。酒店房間很多，有九棟大樓，房間打開窗户窗簾就能看到大峽谷特別的山峯。停車場也不錯，免費🆓。若是自駕旅行，這家酒店是首選！

設施稍微陳舊，沒有一次性拖鞋，其餘一次性物品都有。不過酒店是距離景區最近的，停車也算方便，購買酒店與景區套裝非常划算。

房間很好，很舒服，窗外的峽谷景色也不錯，離恩施大峽谷步行5分鐘！就是空調不暖和，3月初來有點點冷……其它都挺好。

房間比較老，總體一般吧，淋雨水不大，衞生間跟洗浴間是透明玻璃，無法同時使用，很是尷尬。另外酒店包含兩份早餐，但是早餐小孩子1.2-1.4米，需要另外收費24元，差評不理解，住多少酒店小孩子都不收早餐費的。

酒店的位置非常好，離遊客中心很近。比遊客停車場都近很多。酒店的環境也很漂亮，直接對着大峽谷。服務人員的態度都不錯，房間乾淨，但是設施估計是年頭長了，反正差點意思。我們住的那間房間有一個側窗户，是沒有窗簾的，雖然是磨砂玻璃不會怕私隱問題，但是窗户外面（不到一米的距離）就是酒店和景區的巨亮的燈箱和照明燈帶，所以晚上一直要到12點左右景區熄燈房間才能暗下來正常休息😴另外，洗臉池的下水是漏的…

位置很好，離景區很近，過年住的，感覺是滿房了，就是有點無語的是明明當初看的圖片房間外面是大峽谷，結果gei的房間完全被遮擋住了，陽台對的是圍牆和綠化，還有樓梯，人來人往的，實在是非常不滿意打電話給前台換了房間，不過一開始預訂的是大床 換成了標間

破破爛爛的盤子 吃個早餐要走五百米 能選的東西很少。成人要補48元每人。要到遊客中心對面的合作餐廳。拽得****的前台 説話嗆人 。攜程上訂的 空調壞的 電話壞的 要求換房直接給你引到更小的房間問你要不要住……四星酒店這種處理方式讓人很無語 最後攜程投訴以後第二天續住才升級房間 這個酒店有很多幢樓 看起來已經倒閉的樣子 像是外包了三四幢吧 所以實際體驗感還不如民宿。恩施消費不高 景區裏面和外面都很親民 所以這個價格這種酒店體驗就無語…明明可以有很多選擇～ 選了服務最爛的
