We have stayed a second round at the hotel because the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Joyce who had help us to retrieve our stored luggage after our first visit. She was helpful and has good memories to be able to recognise us and allocated the same room we stayed before👍. Ms 向小燕 has been very helpful and was able to enlighten us with useful information on places of interest and issues on transportation.

房間很大很乾凈，洗髮水和沐浴露都還蠻好用的，熱水很舒服，前台小劉服務很周到熱情。早飯品種很多，味道也蠻不錯，每天房間還有小零食和牛奶，對我們天天出門吃不上午飯的很友好。

離火車站非常近，走路就幾分鐘時間，開業時間有幾年了，設施不是很新，後面有恩施大舞台，有很多吃飯的地方。

離火車站，汽車站很近，酒店設施齊全。樓下有便利店，還有餐飲一條街，很方便。報的旅遊團，樓下就能上車，大峽谷回來也是附近下車。到女兒城有點距離，但打車也很方便。特別點贊前台小全美女，接待及入住期間熱情服務

在恩施站邊上的奧山世紀城，去的時候是春節假期，世紀城營業的商家不到20%，顯得比較冷清，但是酒店本身很好，還是值得入住的，雙床可以並一起，帶孩子很方便。
