The locations is very good, close to lots of shops, restaurants and a near by shopping mall. The hotel is also neighboring the largest park in Erbil (Sami Abdulrahman Park). The staff is great, welcoming, friendly and always ready to help, especially Yara at the front desk. She is professional and a very nice person who’s always willing to make the guest feel welcomed. The food was good and price wise is acceptable to a higher range, but in couple occasions I felt that the meal could have been better (stayed 3 weeks and ate in most of nights at the hotel). In general, in was a very good experience and I’ll return to Ramada whenever I’m in Erbil.

As a long stay here for 2time and this hotel became our destination and first choice to stay with our second family we see the service is perfect all the staff are cooperative and helpful the food is delicious and the other hotel facilities are very nice as they have swimming pool gym sauna massage and Turkish bath many thanks for the management and staff as well for providing us the great hospitality

After a long journey to Erbil, the Ramada was like an oasis. The room was perfect for us: comfortable beds, blackout curtains and good AC meant that we slept wonderfully, and both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and tidy. The buffet style breakfast had a huge range of food and drinks, and all the staff were delightful: particularly Hassan who checked us in, and Yara and Aisha who wanted to hear all about our time in Erbil. I would very happily stay again.

Nice place service is very good reception employee ( yara) is very friendly. The hospitality is great Room is very clean and comfortable. Restaurant food is very delicious. Place is quiet and has a nice view. Finally I suggest the hotel for anyone plan to visit Erbil.

Large, very up to date room, huge bed, good location, and fantastic staff. This hotel in Erbil, which is in Iraqi Kurdistan, stands out especially in regards the staff. All staff members met me with a smile including those at the security screening coming into the hotel. This is a great time to visit Iraq and I have never felt safer anywhere in my life. I would like to call out one particular employee, Ameen, who went above and beyond. He spoke very good English (as do many of the staff) and helped me first by explaining to a cab driver, who he had called, exactly what I wanted to do in my excursion into the central part of the city. Then he gave me his number so that he could talk to any cab driver I found to bring me back. The hotel has everything you would expect from any high-end property: plenty of hot water for showers, a good restaurant, fast elevators, and a beautiful presentation.

Had a great time staying here and going to a conference. Enjoyed the food and the room was great. Pool wonderful. Ameen was very helpful and also Yara, Shaaban, Adnan and Ibrahim. Would love to visit again if I'm back in town. Thanks for looking after me.

I really enjoyed my time at Mimoza Launge .. which is a quite place and have a cozy atmosphere.. the room as well was super clean and tidy every time I entered ... The staff were so lovely and helpful .. Thank you Ramada .. Thank you staff especially Angel Rawan and Ahmad
