The rooms and bedding were clean, but the room had odor in the room. Check-in staff was very rude and rooms were not ready at check-in time. In fairness, the hotel was at capacity due to a game and a nearby forest fire. We also did not get the type rooms that were reserved. The breakfast was great. Nice variety and plenty of food and beverages.

The location of Campus Inn & Suites is central located to UofO , and walking distance to many other shops and restaurants. Our stay was comfortable, safe, and enjoyable.

This is a clean, modern hotel with a helpful staff and excellent breakfast, BUT the hotel's designer (at least for the main building in the front) seemed to focus on form over function. In particular, it seems that little attention was paid to sound-proofing, either between floors or from outside. I was awakened in the middle of two nights out of four, once by a noisy room above and once by street noise. It even seemed like the guest room windows were single-pane, which is ridiculous both for energy and noise. Other minor issues: though guests are provided with multiple large towels, the bathroom had only one small towel rod. And my wife disliked the sliding bathroom door that didn't really close off that room. There are apparently other buildings in the rear, but we know nothing of them. In summary, this hotel is a mixed bag: nice in many ways but don't expect quiet, especially if you have a room near Franklin Blvd.

We stayed here to see a concert at the McDonald Theatre just down the street. We really liked the room and free breakfast. The separation between the bedroom area and bathroom area is one of the best ever. The front desk clerk was very nice. The hotel is very conveniently located in downtown Eugene. We would give it 5 stars, but the bed was just a bit too firm.

The hotel is close to the high-speed, navigation is easy to find, as a way to take a break from Vancouver to San Francisco, the American breakfast is simple but the fruit is fresh, especially the strawberries are very good, the green leaves are hard. There is also homemade waffles, son super love, very good stay experience. Consider staying on the return trip.

Here for a conference, and all was great. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The customer service was super nice and everyone seemed happy in their work. The conference amenities (customer service, rooms, food) were all done well.

My stay was pretty much perfect at the Candlewood. At check in the front desk agent Crystal was so delightful and very helpful, she made sure to exceed our expectations, right from the start we felt very welcomed! A big shout out to Crystal for doing such a great job and being extra helpful with all our questions!!Our room was very clean and tidy, spacious and a great view from the free upgrade we received at check in.
