"Stayed in cabin. No heating, the air con cooling only and it was freezing. Wanted to fry some sausages for dinner, only had very small saucepan to use. Nothing else in room. I serrated small knife was the only cutting knife and it was blunt. Crockery very high up in cupboards difficult to get to. Fridge shelves broken off so could not store anything in door. They are building new cabins/villas but maintenance on existing not being done. No extra rubbish bags available. All very basic. But bed was comfortable. Bunks a bit low could not sit up at all. But cabin was clean. The WiFi/internet was crap, almost non existent. At times even the TV was breaking up or freezing. Would thoroughly check all details before booking again. The lack of maintenance issue was mentioned by a few people. We travelled as a group."

"The room and the on-site restaurants are really nice. I also like the facilities (gym, swimming pool, game room, etc.) the service is also exceptional. However, it can be a long wait if you are travelling by public transportation, especially when the bus only goes into the resort three times a day on Sunday (weekdays would be around half an hour or one hour wait). It was much better when we hired a car the next day."

"I loved the free access to the Eureka Swimming Pool. It was so warm and the staff friendly and community minded. They lent us some goggles. AJ loved the huge games room so bring coins. Hopefully wi-fi will work consistently next time. Beautiful location in the trees."

"Reception was not staffed on arrival or departure and the one person who came to checkin was quite abrupt as though they had been interrupted. The room was fairly clean and comfortable and the bed was exceptional. Unfortunately there were several stains on the carpet and the room did not seem really well cleaned. The bathroom and shower had mould on the tiles which added to the not well cleaned comment. Walking distance to the centre of town yet very quiet."
