Nice stay. Door would not lock on 3. Need to be able to lock my door for better security. Nice location. Close to everything. Nice Hotel. No upgrades for HH members, which means your status is no status.

It's in a good location, close to restaurant options. It's a bit further from Northwestern than expected, so I ended up using Uber. Great hotel and service.

I stayed for a couple of days recently with my daughter for a college visit. The staff was very warm and professional. The food in the restaurant was good, and the pool and whirlpool amenities were excellent. I specifically want the world to know about the front desk staff. Marcus and Catherine were above and beyond professional and really helped to make our stay wonderful! We would go back in a heartbeat!

Great experience. Offered a room with a pull out couch and a roll away bed. Room was huge and had two extra straight back chairs w the couch that pulled out. Everyone was so kind and my kids were happy w the pool

It was a nigh**are!!! I got there and tried to check in but they said I have to go other hotel because of overbooking late at night!! I had to pay lift more than 20 dollars back and forth but they did not refund it!! Its insane!!

Wonderful staff. Best location I have found in Evanston between parking access and food access.

Our stay was lovely! Parking lot was right next to the hotel and the hotel itself was located by dozens of restaurants. Definitely would stay again!

Great location. In the middle of everything, downtown Evanston has to offer. Property was clean, and well kept. I would stay there again!!

Rooms are nice and the decor is well done. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The staff that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Great neighborhood everything you could need is with-in a .5 mile walking radius including 2 train lines (take about 1 hr to get to Chicago center) Staff was supper friendly and helpful we bought local bagels and toasted them at the hotel
