Nice stay. Door would not lock on 3. Need to be able to lock my door for better security. Nice location. Close to everything. Nice Hotel. No upgrades for HH members, which means your status is no status.

I stayed for a couple of days recently with my daughter for a college visit. The staff was very warm and professional. The food in the restaurant was good, and the pool and whirlpool amenities were excellent. I specifically want the world to know about the front desk staff. Marcus and Catherine were above and beyond professional and really helped to make our stay wonderful! We would go back in a heartbeat!

Our stay was lovely! Parking lot was right next to the hotel and the hotel itself was located by dozens of restaurants. Definitely would stay again!

Great neighborhood everything you could need is with-in a .5 mile walking radius including 2 train lines (take about 1 hr to get to Chicago center)
Staff was supper friendly and helpful we bought local bagels and toasted them at the hotel
