Overall good, but the room is too dark. The shower head in the bathroom was blocked, it was difficult to drain the water, and there were no slippers for showering. The breakfast is average, but the beef noodle tastes very good.

酒店環境很好，居然還送了免費游泳🏊♂️🏊♂️🏊♂️的體驗卷，太驚喜了，游泳池的水很清澈，乾淨衞生，特別棒，在這裏游泳是一件非常讚的體驗。酒店的房間寬敞明亮！通風透氣性好，不潮濕，住着舒服，服務好，前台小姐姐既温柔又細心，交代的事情辦的明明白白！入住時送了礦泉水，正好口渴猶如雪中送碳一般温暖啊，大堂有免費的茶水，實在太喜歡這家酒店了，還有送物機器人可解決了我不少麻煩，省了下來取外賣的時間，太適合我這種懶人了，棒極了!

總體房間和大廳很寬敞很舒適！五一期間價格也很nice，對面街就是商場，雖然商場沒啥賣的但是有超市，廣場有一些孩子玩的，在鄂州算比較熱鬧。
酒店早餐豐富，酒店位置好，去蓮花山和觀音閣都可以電車到達。就是有點臟痕跡地毯也臟。前台服務熱情，孩子作業要打印，前台小姐姐很熱情幫助調整表格！總之到鄂州首選這家很好！

房間很乾凈，也很安靜，離吾悦廣場也很近，周邊鳳凰廣場都很方便，早飯種類繁多，味道很好，尤其餃子包子都是自己包的，房間裏措施也很好，價格便宜，定了三天豪華都升級行政，非常滿意，服務態度很好，前台小姐姐漂亮聲音好聽，服務很清切，打掃阿姨也是幹練，動作麻利，服務好。下次遊玩會再來。

樓下有大型停車場，停車方便，早餐比較豐富，帶孩子出行早餐不用操心，位置比較方便，樓下有商業配套，啥都有，較方便，步行去吾悦廣場10分鐘

服務超好，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐還有小哥哥説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，外賣送來會幫送上去配的拖鞋和洗護用品都很高檔，比一些星級酒店的還要好，早餐種類也挺多的，葷素搭配吃的很好，很滿意的一次入住體驗

服務非常好，走的時候匆忙遺漏了私人物品，酒店電話告知還郵寄給我，非常暖心，房間非常乾淨，需要什麼物品前台也馬上安排送到房間，做衞生的大姐服務也很好，還跟我們問好，下次會繼續入住
