首先來説，賓館地理位置不錯，在個十字路口這裏，尋找很方便，門口有幾個停車位，附近停車位也有一些，停車還是不錯的，其次附近便利店很多，買東西吃早餐都很方便，其實房間面積空間大小合適，衹是床太小了，衹有1.2米寬，衞生打掃也有待提高，空調效果很好，提供一次性拖鞋，有電梯，這個點贊，最後睡眠附近不吵，晚上逛街的地方也有，總體來説不錯。

地理位置不錯，附近購物買東西吃飯都很方便，門口有幾個停車位，附近不遠也有停車的地方，停車還是很方便的，房間空間大小合適，設施陳舊了些，不過打掃得還是很乾凈，洗漱用品齊全，網絡信號給力，刷視頻不卡，提供一次性拖鞋，這個點贊，有電梯這個還是很方便，價格也實惠，總體來説還是很不錯的。

欺騙客户。前台自己説18平的房間是虛假的、不存在的。衹有10平方的大床房，並且還表示不用加價。蚊香點一會兒，床上就出現了近十衹死蚊子。
