Overall the room was exactly what I needed as it was clean, quiet and had all the necessities I needed for my stay. A few opportunities for improvement: 1) Room was very, very warm. Even when turning the thermostat down to 60 degrees, it was still sweltering. I resorted to turning off the unit and open the window with the outdoor temperatures below freezing just to get the room to cool down to a comfortable temprature. 2) The room had a smoker smell to it. 3) The on/off shower knob was difficult to turn.

Overall it was a brilliant stay however the elevator stopped working for the whole weekend.

The hotel was serviceable. All we needed was a bed to sleep for a few hours. The place claimed to be “100% smoke free”, but based on the smell you can tell that rule isn’t enforced. Woke up with headaches and scratchy throats from the smoke. Like I said, it’s a place to sleep but if there’s another option, I’d take it.

Hotel room itself was fine , clean and comfortable and had a fridge and freezer. And really liked that there was no carpeting. However , The area surrounding the hotel was a little scary. Especially behind the hotel. Various questionable people just hanging out
Did not feel comfortable going for a walk in the area. Shower did not work well and was not draining well

There was zero hot water! I paid $130 for zero hot water!? Not good enough!

I showed the attendant that I was supposed to have to Queen beds rather than the one. I asked if I could get a refund. She said that was fine and that the manager would contact me that night or the next day. I never heard anything.

Great staff and clean. Walls a bit thin so can hear everything I’m rooms beside you but most guests were reasonably quiet.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. There was however dog urine in the elevator and didn’t get cleaned. The towels were not full size for when you showered. The smell of the hallways and room was not pleasant.
