設施一般吧，衞生還好，最方便的是出門幾十米遠就是虹橋，算是古城中心了。晚上沱河夜遊喧鬧到11點半，這裏很安靜。亭院的花草養的很好！

國慶一大家子8人出行，挺別緻的四合院，衞生打掃的很乾凈，離沱江兩分鐘時間，遊玩非常方便，鳳凰夜景很美，遊人如織，老闆和老闆娘都很熱情，停車場也就3.5分鐘的時間，旅行入住體驗感很好

住店環境很舒服，老闆很熱情，還幫忙預留了車位，在古城裡麪，離江邊大概一分鐘就到了，可以給想找住宿的朋友們參考下。

#好評#對鄰近活動滿意；#負評#對房內採光，梳洗用品，走廊隔音，床品舒適度失望；酒店位置不太容易找，老板到车站接，还很不错。房间设施一般，床太软了，有点潮湿。配套物品比较缺，需要主动要。另外要求11点前就拿出行李准备退房，让人比较不爽。
同样价位比张家界那边差比较多。
