衞生設施啥的非常差勁，一種正常人難以忍受的狀態
位置很好，這麼美的地方，希望店家把衞生設施搞起來，

衞生太差，床頭全是黑點，衞生間的門和簾子也是，洗浴牆上是灰泥，上一個客人用完的垃圾都沒收。服務一般，沒有免費的礦泉水和一次性拖鞋。總之要是沒來過鳳凰古城的就不要來了，就是個燈光秀，白天河裡都是白沫，建築也沒什麼，賣東西的也是死要錢，呆了一晚上果斷走人。

網上訂了間三人房，價格實惠，免費停車，晚上9點多到，老闆派人來停車場接到民宿，還給升級了兩間房，一間雙標，一間單人大床，都是靠江景房，位置非常好，醒來拉開窗簾就是坨江柳樹下有人洗衣服，白天逛古城，夜晚窗前喝茶看夜景很美。

空調吹了一晚上，凍個半死，被子又潮濕，牙膏牙刷房間都沒有，從下午4點到第二天上午十點，根本就沒有熱水，這民宿太無語了，便宜沒好貨！

很滿意，很滿意，我們和長者總共開了兩個房間，我們在高速上定的房間，老闆告訴我們車停到哪裡，到停車場的時候老闆就到停車場等我們了，幫我們拿行李到的酒店，很熱心，房間也給我們做了升級，好評。
